GUIDELINES AND EXPECTATIONS
When you receive your registration confirmation email, a form will be attached stating the information below. In order to complete your registration, you will be asked to agree to the guidelines and expectations we have set for the event. Thank you for understanding.
We recognize that places like Stanford are not always the most accessible; for many of our members, coming to Stanford (or college at all) was not always a realistic or encouraged option. Now that we are at Stanford, we hope to take advantage of the resources available here and make them accessible for high school youth so that they, too, may see higher education as achievable and meant for them.
If you plan on attending Raza Day on April 21, 2018, the organizers would like to clarify a few things about the conference.
It is our hope that your willingness to attend this conference also means a willingness to attend the scheduled events and acknowledge the hard work put into planning this conference. We work very hard to make sure Raza Day is of no cost to the folks attending, and having students/educators/parents not attend our events is discouraging.

- This conference is entirely student-run, meaning that a group of around 4 students use their own time to help plan, coordinate, and make sure this conference is as empowering and useful for all of those attending.
- We are not here to tell students how to get into Stanford and what the tricks/tips are, mostly because we do not know ourselves and every individual is different.
- Any wandering, roaming, or sauntering while the conference is in place
